Jeff Epstein, a former Oracle finance chief who also sits on Autodesk's and Twilio's boards, joins Zoom's audit committee as Jonathan Chadwick prepares to depart after a decade.
Zoom Communications disclosed in a filing dated September 2 that Jeff Epstein, a former Oracle executive vice president and chief financial officer who is now a Bessemer Venture Partners operating partner, has joined the company's board and its audit committee, effective August 31. Epstein also serves on the boards of Autodesk, AvePoint and Twilio.
The same filing discloses that Jonathan Chadwick, a Zoom director for roughly ten years, will resign effective November 19. The company cited no disagreement over its operations, policies or practices, a standard governance transition rather than a signal of any underlying dispute.
