Evernorth, a Ripple-backed XRP treasury vehicle, is advancing a Nasdaq listing under ticker XRPN. Its pro forma treasury value has fallen to roughly $387 million from roughly $1.1 billion.

Evernorth, an XRP treasury company backed by Ripple, is advancing a planned Nasdaq listing under ticker XRPN through a merger with special-purpose acquisition company Armada Acquisition Corp. II. Pro forma combined assets have fallen to approximately $870 million from approximately $1.1 billion, with the XRP treasury component now valued at roughly $387 million, a decline that tracks XRP's price weakness since the figures were first prepared. Board appointments include Ripple's chief legal officer, Stuart Alderoty, and its chief executive, Asheesh Birla. The listing remains under SEC review.

A company whose primary balance-sheet asset is XRP itself is, by construction, a leveraged proxy for the token's price: when XRP falls, the company's disclosed net worth falls with it, a mechanical relationship now visible in a public filing before the stock has even begun trading. XRP traded at $1.3846 Wednesday, down 3.4% on the day.

Investors weighing a future position in XRPN are, in effect, underwriting a bet on XRP's price recovery through a corporate wrapper, at a moment the wrapper's own numbers show that bet has already moved against early backers once. Whether that structure draws demand once the listing completes will depend on where XRP is trading relative to today's levels when trading in the stock actually begins.
